Eargasmic earbuds & the start of Management Control

Updates about my life in Sweden:

I had my very first lesson of Management Control this afternoon. All is proceeding smoothly.

But something I observed in class really irked me:
I saw someone behaving in a rather coquettishly towards another member of the lecture group. And for some reason, I find that to be rather annoying even though I am in no way involved in their interaction. And no. I am no interested in either person. I know many of you will find what I have posted really childish and lame...

But for the sake of intellectual discussion and sharing I thought I post my observation anyways. Tell me what you think!

After weeks of research and game theory, I finally bought a pair of Sony earbuds. 

Elated would be an understatement. EUphoria. 

Euphoria in the EU. 

*hurhur*

Whether my weather will be a beggar to the weather.

It's the first time in my life that I have experienced living in such cold weather for such an extended period of time. And some of my friends have asked me if I like it here and if I will start complaining when I get back to tropical, hot & humid Singapore?

My initial response will be hell no. I never complain. But hell, you know that's a big fat lie. I will complain. Maybe not to you, but probably to myself or to God, or to anyone else who won't be able to record our conversation and post it on Facebook.

During the time that I've been here, I find myself reflecting on this ever-so-dear subject– the weather. The weather plays a very important part in my life. The weather affects the temperature, which in turn affects my mood; My mood affects what I do, which in turn affects my productivity and output. I believe that human beings by our very nature are heat-centred– we are sources of heat energy. Simply put, human beings are HOT.

So perhaps, the very reason why I'm ever so drawn to cool, cold weather is because I'm just SO DAMN HOT?

I find the constant need to cool myself down. Without the cold, I find myself flustered and temperamental. So ask me any time, I'd tell you give me the cold, because the warmth of my body needs it to regulate it's temperature.

But then I realise, I cannot control the weather. I don't know who controls the weather. The only weather I have control over is my own. So I just have to embrace the weather (hot or cold). And stay cool as a cucumber and as hot as a jalapeno at the same time.

Flygvapenmuseum (Swedish Airforce Museum)

Yesterday, I went to the Swedish Air Force Museum with some friends. We CYCLED there. If not for Artus's insistence on going by bicycle, I would have happily taken the bus. THANK YOU ARTUS! I had so much fun! ONCE IN A LIFE TIME EXPERIENCE!
